United Real Estate Company Announces Strategic Partnership with WeCare for Hessah HEALTH 1

United Real Estate Company (URC) has announced a strategic partnership with WeCare Medical & Healthcare Company to develop and operate Hessah HEALTH 1, a medical clinics tower located within Hessah District.
The partnership highlights URC’s continued commitment to delivering high-quality developments in vital sectors, particularly healthcare, through strategic collaborations with specialized partners that share a unified vision.
One of the most important aspects of modern community life is access to high-quality healthcare, which the community clinics at Hessah HEALTH provide. Through this collaboration, URC and WeCare aim to offer accessible healthcare facilities and medical services that combine clinical excellence with comfort, efficiency, and international standards of care.
Commenting on the partnership, Sulaiman Al Asaker, Chief Property Management Officer at URC, stated that “Hessah HEALTH 1 will introduce a refined healthcare destination featuring a carefully curated mix of specialized and modern medical services. These include dermatology, dentistry, and mental health clinics, collectively forming a seamless, one-stop destination centered on patient experience and well-being.”
Al Asaker added that Hessah HEALTH 1 is scheduled to reach operational readiness by the end of the first quarter of 2026. He further noted that leasing for the medical spaces has already commenced through joint coordination between URC and WeCare, reflecting strong market interest as the project approaches completion.

URC also highlighted that Hessah HEALTH forms part of a wider healthcare development strategy within Hessah District, which includes the planned Hessah HEALTH 2. This expansion supports URC’s ambition to elevate healthcare infrastructure and meet growing demand for premium, well-appointed medical destinations.
