United Real Estate Company Introduces Hessah PLAZA and Hessah HUB

United Real Estate Company (URC) announced the opening of its two new destinations, Hessah PLAZA and Hessah HUB, within the fully integrated Hessah District development. This milestone follows the successful launch of the project’s first phase, Hessah Towers and Byout Hessah.
Hessah PLAZA offers a curated collection of high-end international brands across the food and retail sectors, establishing itself as a new destination for refined lifestyle experiences. Meanwhile, Hessah HUB features a variety of specialized stores catering to the daily needs of residents and visitors, with additional brands set to join in the coming months.
Al-Asaker added that this milestone marks the beginning of a new phase of community vitality within Hessah District, an integrated project that combines residential, commercial, healthcare, and entertainment components. He noted that Hessah WORK and Hessah HEALTH are set to open progressively through the end of the year.
This phase highlights URC’s vision of developing integrated urban communities that elevate customer experiences, support retail partners, and adhere to the principles of sustainable development. Strategically located with direct access from Fahaheel Expressway (Road 30), Arabian Gulf Street, Hessah District also offers ample parking, ensuring a seamless and comfortable experience for all visitors.
